Mindful Eating is a program geared to assist you in improving eating behaviors and cultivate a more positive relationship with self and food. Studies funded by the National Institutes of Health have shown that learning and practicing mindful eating decreases over–eating behaviors. Relaxation, intentional eating, and skills to enhance awareness of self are practiced in the group sessions. The cost of the program is $350 and includes 8 -1˝ hour group sessions and all course materials. The group is limited to 6 individuals.
